How It Works
Buy up to four radios on-line and pay via a credit card.
We will ship your new radios to you right away.
We know that you will like the radios and enjoy high quality communications for years to come.
However, if for any reason, at anytime within the 30 days after you purchased the radios, you decide that they don't fit your needs then request a return authorization number by filling out a form on this store's Returns page. You will be sent, via email, the return authorization number.
Then repackage the radios and all accessories in the original packaging, include a copy of the return authorization email with the radios and return to S.J. Jablonski and Associates within 3 business days of the return authorization email being sent.
When we receive the radios with the return authorization email we will issue a refund to your credit card.
Conditions (a.k.a "the small print")
- Limit of four radios.
- Purchase must be made using a credit card, purchasing card, or debit card from the S.J. Jablonski and Associates on-line store.
- A return authorization request must be made within the 30 day period following your purchase.
- A copy of the return authorization email needs to be included with the radios. This is so we know who to send the refund to.
- The radios and accessories need to be in good working condition.
- All equipment needs to be returned in the original packaging.
- Equipment must be received by SJJA within 10 business days of issuance of the return authorization number.
